Where do your pieces come from?
We curate independent designers and small ateliers across India and South Asia. Every piece has been chosen for its emotion, silhouette and story.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from London
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed (1–3 business days), UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it’s coming soon
Are your earrings heavy?
Most aren’t. We choose pieces for their comfort as much as their drama
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Most designs use brass or mixed metals with gold or silver plating.
If you’re sensitive to certain metals, we recommend checking the materials listed on each product page before purchasing
Can I return an item?
Pierced jewellery can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Other accessories can be returned within 14 days if they’re unworn and in original condition
Will you restock sold-out items?
Many pieces are small-batch or one-off finds. If something speaks to you, we always recommend acting quickly
Can you help me source a piece that’s sold out?
Yes, if there’s something you love that’s no longer available, we can try sourcing it directly through our designer network.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Treat your pieces like the work of art they are:
- Keep them away from water, perfume and lotions
- Store them in their pouch or box
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you catch us before it’s dispatched, we’ll do our best
